Partial Planning Services: This service is the perfect choice for the client that has begun the planning process but needs help in completing said process and tying together ideas and items that need to be finalized. This service is also perfect for clients who feel that they have a good grasp and the time capability to plan their own event up to the mark where the fine tuning of details and planning needs to be handed over to a professional.

This service is available only for clients who are within three months of their event date.

Services Include:

  • Communication via e-mail and phone to start exactly three months from the date of event
  • Two in-person meetings
  • A Month-to-Month action plan that will be created starting from the three month mark
  • Procurement of vendors that have not yet been secured
  • Review of current contracts and becoming the manager and point of contact from here-on out
  • Assist in effective guestlist management and table arrangements
  • Creating a floor plan for reception and venue spaces
  • Includes all the services included in the Intimate Planning level of service
