It truly was an elegant affair. Newlywed couple, Indy and Dave envisioned a day of grace, love and chic beauty for their September wedding. The two gathered with close friends and family at the All Souls Interfaith Gathering in Shelburne, Vermont to say their “I do’s” with an intimate Jewish ceremony. You could tell their Raabi was touched that she could be involved in their ceremony and everything felt personal and thoughtful. From the Ketubah signing to, to a very intimate and sincere ceremony, Indy and Dave really put a lot of time, effort and emotion into the perfect ceremony for them. Following the celebratory Jewish tradition of stepping on a glass, a lively tented reception, filled with dancing and laughter began a night of fun and memories.
With a color palette of ivory, sage, champagne and grey, Indy and Dave adorned their rustic chic wedding with fresh lavender flowers throughout and votive candles complimented by ethereal string lights adding a little romance to the evening’s events. Even among the most beautiful decor, natural yet chic style, and dreamy setting, this wedding was really all about Indy, Dave and their adorable love story. From their personalized heartfelt vows, the best wedding speeches we’ve heard in a while and a fantastic choice of music, to the gift of a hand-stitched blanket that Indy’s mother knit a stitch in every day since their engagement, every last detail of their wedding was thoughtful and sincere.
Couples like Indy and Dave leave us with butterflies every single time! Thank you so much to Paul Reynolds Photography, All Souls Interfaith Gathering, Ben & Jerry’s, Vermont Tent Company, Let’s Pretend Catering and many others, but not to mention the gorgeous newlyweds for sharing their special day with us.
